9.7% abv | Traditional Baltic style Porter aged in a specially chosen Dessert Red Wine Barrel to add rich fruits and vanilla oak to this dark lager. Very delicate blend of beer and wine notes. As this elixir warms the red wine notes appear. Enjoy it with a nibble of dark chocolate.

15.9% abv | Ol' Jack Frost Imperial stout fully barrel aged then introduced to a second freshly dumped whiskey barrel for another full aging cycle. The additional barrel intensifies the flavor and offers even more complexity from the wood.

13.2% abv | Our Twisted Reality Barleywine aged in freshly dumped Kentucky bourbon barrels. Featuring rich caramel and maple syrup notes backed by cherry and red currant fruit and glorious, dusty oak.

15.6% abv | Strong milk stout aged to maturity in bourbon barrels, then transferred to a second barrel for additional aging. Chocolate/fudge, bright citrus, and baking spice

13.1% abv | Scottish style Wee Heavy known for rich complexity aged in special barrels chosen for their own complex identity. Aromas and flavors feature maple, chocolate, sweet caramel, deep red fruits, light roasted coffee with a slight bit of mesquite.

12.3% abv | Belgian style Grand Cru aged in bourbon barrels with tart Michigan cherries. Inspired by the whiskey version of the cocktail from Wisconsin.

13.1% abv | Inspired by whiskey-soaked chocolate desserts discovered on our barrel finding trips. Our Imperial stout aged in a whiskey barrel with the addition of dark Belgian chocolate. Nitrogenated for a silky-smooth finish.

13.3 % abv | Ol' Jack Frost Imperial Stout aged to perfection in barrels. Dark chocolate, vanilla, roasted malts, and heavy char give way to deep fruits balanced by toffee nougat, oak, and slight baking spice from the wood

13.7% abv | Belgian style strong brown ale aged in barrels with Belgian dark chocolate and kumquats for tart citrus.

12.7% abv | Traditional German style Weizenbock (Wheatbock) aged in bourbon barrels. Toasted caramel, red fruits, malted wheat nutty sweetness marry into the banana notes from classic Bavarian German yeast.

14.1% abv | Unique blend of vintage beers chosen to match up to these very special barrels of Kentucky Rye made from 100% Malted Rye. Light and delicate beer loaded with fruity sweet saltwater toffee notes, floral citrus, banana, and deep toasty oak.

6.7% abv | A twelve hour trip to an orchard to gain fresh Balaton Cherries allowed us to grow the natural yeasts/bacteria from the cherries to fully inoculate this very special oak barrel, which now houses these organisms. Sweet and tart cherry pie in a glass. Very special.

12.9% abv | Strong Belgian style Blond ale aged in a unique Kentucky Rye barrel. Fruit filled spicy notes of the classic yeast strain blend with the toasted wood and floral mint notes of this treat.

13.4% abv | This barrel housed Kentucky bourbon and then grape brandy for several years. When our brewers got ahold of it they chose portions of several vintage brews to highlight the complexities that were housed within.

14.4% abv | Dark ale blend highlights rich, spicy, floral, and fruity notes from the family farm grown heirloom Rye whiskey produced in this barrel.

15.2% abv | Manhattan Reserve aged to maturity, then moved to a second freshly dumped barrel for another aging cycle. It was deemed not ready in 2024 and allowed to age for a third cycle before this release in 2025. A very special release after nearly 3 years in wood.

16.5% abv | Twisted Reality Barleywine full aged to maturity and then moved to a second freshly dumped bourbon barrel for additional aging. Rich, intense, and complex.

14.1% abv | Belgian style Quadruple aged in several distiller's fresh barrels. Classic plum, fig, and date fruit notes from our Belgian yeast strain form a unique bond with chocolate, caramel, and oak notes from the barrels used.

11.3% abv | Blend of vintage beers from our cellar and aged for nearly two years. This port barrel was loaded with goodness. Make sure you drink it both cool and warm for the best experience.

17.2% abv | Long aging of a unique blend of vintage beers in a port barrel from overseas led to this delightfully fruity treat. We then allowed the beer, after aging, to freeze, leaving H2O ice crystals behind and concentrating the flavor and aroma.

13.7% abv | This barrel of Czar Jack was realized as extra special with characteristics distinct from other CJ barrels harvested in 2025.

9.7% abv | This wheat based beeer was aged in a bourbon barrel that offered very appealing natural strawberry character. We listened to the barrel and allowed the aged produce to mature on a bed of strawberries.

14.1% abv | Strong Belgian style Blonde ale aged in Kentucky bourbon barrel, featuring pecan, butter-toffee, cherry, vanilla oak, and light milk chocolate flavors.

10% abv | Our exploration into the port barrel world brought us to the White Port Style. Enjoy this light and delicate offering that has aged nearly two years in the barrel.

10.6% abv | Strong Belgian style Bruin (brown) ale aged in a soft, fruit-forward red wine barrel. Delicate, sweet chocolate, caramel, raisin, and fig notes. Experience it at both cool and warmer temperatures for the different flavor sensations of this decadent sipper.

6.4% abv | Bitter but balanced IPA; brewed with seven hop varieties.

5.7% abv | English Brown ale with lovely British toasted malt and chocolate flavors. Brewed with milk sugar.

4.95 abv | Characterful English yeast, malts, and hops shine in this cask-drawn pale ale.

5.8% abv | Exceptionally smooth, malt-forward; caramel, toffee

6% abv | Pitch black and toasty; aroma of rich chocolate.

4.8% abv | Cold-pressed coffee infused in a deep, roasty Porter.

6.4% abv | Bitter but balanced; brewed with seven hop varieties

7% abv | Inspired by modern West Coast IPAs, leaning on hop influence from throughout the whole process for aroma, flavor, and bitterness.

5% abv | German-style golden lager. Crisp and refreshing.

4.2% abv | American influenced light German-style lager. Brewed to be refreshing while still true to pure lager flavor.

5% abv | Smooth lager beer made with Michigan-grown cherries.

3.8% abv | Our House-made Dortmunder Export Lager with tomato juice, a spice blend of chilis, paprika, horseradish, anchovies, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Tajin rim and lime garnish.

3.8% abv | Our house-made Dortmunder Export Lager with Clamato, a Tajin rim, and lime garnish. Hot sauce or Maggi sauce available upon request.
