14.1% abv | Unique blend of vintage beers chosen to match up to these very special barrels of Kentucky Rye made from 100% Malted Rye. Light and delicate beer loaded with fruity sweet saltwater toffee notes, floral citrus, banana, and deep toasty oak.

15.2% abv | Manhattan Reserve aged to maturity, then moved to a second freshly dumped barrel for another aging cycle. It was deemed not ready in 2024 and allowed to age for a third cycle before this release in 2025. A very special release after nearly 3 years in wood.

6.2% abv | As we welcome Autumn, we take one long lasting breath of summers bounty using floral honey sourced from Minnesota meadows and a subtle smoked malt addition used to sweeten the pot in a traditional Autumnal Lager style.

5.3% | Dunkel Lager made with Dinkel Malt (Spelt). An ancient grain (wheat) that when added to a brewer's mash brings up the other malt focused flavors and softness into the body.

5.8% abv | Dark lager built like a golden Pilsner, mashed with coloring malts that lack intense roasted flavors. Generous portions of Noble hops (Czech and German) were added for flavor.
