We may not be the biggest brewery in the state, but we’re proud to have been heavily involved in the growth and development of the Minnesota brewing industry over the past two decades.
Many successful brewers have spent time as part of the team at Town Hall and gone on to be a big part of the growth of craft beer, both in Minnesota and around the country.
Masala Mama has long been the standard for a Minnesota IPA – in fact, it’s one of the most well-regarded IPAs in the country. Over the years, Masala Mama has introduced thousands of Minnesotans to the concept of hop-forward American beer.
We’ve been among the first to push the envelope of Minnesota craft beer in areas like barrel aging and fruit infusions, while also retaining our commitment to classic styles. Our Czar Jack Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout was one of the first barrel-aged beers ever to win a medal at the Great American Beer Festival, but our most award-winning beer is the classic Hope & King Scotch Ale, with three different GABF medals.
