This is the flagship event of Barrel Aged Week. Intimate, guided, and designed for anyone who wants to understand what's possible when beer, food, and wood intersect. Limited Space available.
Tickets on sale now! $20 ticket price is a down payment to hold your reservation. All down payments will be refunded the night of the dinner and full ticket dinner price of $120 plus tax, gratuity, and credit card transaction fee will be charged the night of the event.

Valentine's Day plans decided! Barrel Aged beer for breakfast.
"Let's Talk Barrels" is a discussion and brunch with barrel wranglers Derek Brown and Mike Hoops !
Double Bee Sting- Two Honey Beers, One Belgian Style Ale, lived in a Northern KY bourbon barrel for over a year, then moved into a Jalisco Valley Tequilla Anejo barrel for over another year. This one features the bees that pollenate their fields of Blue Agave
MN Native Juliet M/C- Developed by the University of Saskatchewan for northern climates and grown very far north in Minnesota. The Dwarf Juliet Cherry bush produced these beautiful dark red sour cherries. Picked by a THB brewer, fed by our traditional Belgian style Turbid Mash.
Double E.T. Wee- Scottish style Wee Heavy aged a season in a KY bourbon Barrel then finished a season in a KY Wheat Whiskey Barrel
